About this Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy applies to the Plan & Flow mobile application and related services operated by Nicola Ewa Sztuka (the “Service Provider”).
02 · Collection
Information we do not collect
Plan & Flow does not collect personal information during normal use and does not require registration.
Tasks, titles, notes, scheduled times, time blocks, focus-session settings, streaks, history, progress summaries and app preferences are not collected or stored by the Service Provider on its servers.
03 · Local-only workspace
Your planning data stays on your device
The Application may keep your tasks, planner entries, completed-item history, focus-session records, streaks and settings locally on your device so the app can function as intended.
Local only: this information is not uploaded to or retained by the Service Provider.
04 · Sharing
No sale or third-party sharing
Because the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, it does not sell or share personal information with advertisers, analytics providers, data brokers or other third parties.
05 · Notifications
Reminder and focus notifications
If you enable reminders or focus-session alerts, they are scheduled on your device using the operating system’s notification features. The Service Provider does not receive the content of those reminders.
06 · Location
No precise location collection
Plan & Flow does not collect precise or approximate device location and does not use location data for advertising, tracking or profiling.
07 · Data Retention
Server-side retention period: none
The Service Provider does not maintain a server-side database of your personal information, tasks, schedules, focus-session history or progress information.
Data Retention: because personal data is not collected or stored by the Service Provider during normal app use, there is no server-side personal-data retention period.
08 · Data Deletion
No server-side personal data to delete
There is no server-side personal data to delete because Plan & Flow does not collect or retain personal information through normal use.
Local deletion: locally stored tasks, planner entries, history, streaks, focus-session records and preferences can be removed with available in-app delete/clear controls, through your device’s app-storage settings, or by uninstalling Plan & Flow.
If you voluntarily contact the Service Provider by email, you may request deletion of information contained in that correspondence by writing to piotr6nowak@gmail.com.
09 · Network communication
Technical routing data
If the Application accesses an online resource, standard internet communication may temporarily involve technical routing information such as an ephemeral IP address. The Service Provider does not retain that information for tracking, profiling or advertising.
10 · Children
Children’s privacy
The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or a higher minimum age where applicable law requires one. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal information from children through the Application.
11 · Security
Security approach
A local-first design that avoids centralized collection of personal information reduces exposure risk. However, no device, network or technical system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
12 · Changes
Updates to this policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated if the Application, its functionality or applicable requirements change. The current version will be published with a revised effective date.
